Jackie Groenen is a midfielder who plays for the Manchester United Women Football Club in the FA Women’s Super League. Goirlese Sportvereniging Blauw-Wit was where Jackie and her sister began playing football. They moved to SV Rood-Wit Veldhoven after VV Riel and Wilhelmina Boys. The sisters went on to play for SGS Essen in the Frauen-Bundesliga. In late 2011, she moved on to FCR 2001 Duisburg, where she remained until the club was dissolved in 2013.
