Bio

He is a professional basketball player from Canada who plays for the Golden State Warriors as a forward. This youngster attended the Vaughan secondary school in Vaughan, Ontario, before moving to Huntington Prep in West Virginia to complete his schooling. Ranked as the number one high school basketball player by SLAM Magazine, this youngster committed to the University of Kansas in 2013 and represented the Jayhawks for a year before declaring for the 2014 NBA Draft. Selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers as the first overall pick, he became the second Canadian to be the number one overall in the NBA draft after Anthony Bennett. Traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves in August 2014, he debuted for them in October that year. A promising start to his career saw this lad win the NBA Rookie of the Year honours following the 2014-15 season. Throughout the years, he has continuously developed and posted improved numbers. His best performances to date have been in the 2016-17 season. The forward started all 82 games in the regular season and averaged 23.6 PPG. He was traded to the GSW in February 2020 and has been with them since. This youngster also plays for the Canadian national team.
