Bio

He is one of the young names in the NBA that plays for the Washington Wizards. His basketball career began in High school when he won the 2010 FIBA Under-17 World Championship. He committed to the University of Florida in 2009 and accepted a scholarship but didn't get there until 2011. This player had a tremendous stint with the Gators. In his only season with them, he won six SEC Freshman of the Week honours and finished the seasons averaging 14.8 points per game. He even helped the team advance to the Elite Eight during the NCAA tournament. Those moments were significant as he managed to lay the foundations for the player that he is today. After entering the 2012 NBA Draft, he got selected by the Washington Wizards as the third overall pick in Round 1. This SG made it to the NBA All-Rookie First Team in 2013 and has remained a Wizard all these years. A three-time NBA All-Star, our player, had a slow start to his career, but this young man has persisted. Gatorade's National Player of the Year award winner of 2011 has continued to put in better numbers as the years have rolled by. His best performances to date have been in the 2020-21 season, and we suspect that there's more to come.
