The younger brother of Steph, this player, comes from a family that isn't new to the sport or the league. His dad, Dell, used to play in the NBA as a Shooting Guard as well. He was exposed to the game very early on, thanks to his father, took a liking to it, and pursued it to the fullest. A few would argue that he isn't as talented as his older brother, but we beg to differ. Whilst Steph has been a one-team man, the younger brother has moved around quite a bit. He finished schooling at Charlotte Christian and joined Liberty University in 2008. Transferring to Duke a year later, his PPG average is 14.9. His SPG is also an impressive 1.2, and this is from 141 games played. After going undrafted in the 2013 Draft, he joined the Santa Cruz Warriors, a one-to-one affiliate of the GSW. It was a tough few years for him as he made his debut for the Grizzlies and was waived by them on the same day, only to rejoin the SCW. His 10-day stint with the Cavs was also unsuccessful. He'd spend another season looking to break into the NBA, eventually making it in 2015 when the Kings signed him. He has been with the Mavericks and the Portland Trail Blazers before returning to Dallas for the second time in 2019. His case is a cautionary tale for anyone who is looking to make it. Nothing can be taken for granted, and a little bit of luck is also needed to achieve things in life.
