This NFL tight end plays for the San Francisco 49ers, who drafted him in Round 5 as the 146th overall pick of the 2017 NFL Draft. After a good pre-season, he was named as the starting tight end for the 49ers in his rookie year. Finishing the season with 515 receiving yards, he also managed two touchdowns from 15 games played. Building on an exciting first season, he had an even better second year and would go on to break Travis Kelce's record for receiving yards in a single season.
Winning the PFF Player of the Year in 2019, this two time Pro Bowl member attended the Norman High School in Oklahoma before playing for the Iowa Hawkeyes at the college level. Although chances were limited in the first two seasons, he did manage to end his college career with 737 receiving yards from 22 games played.
