Alberto Moreno is a Spanish footballer who prefers to play as a left back. His career was launched at the club of his hometown, Sevilla FC. He made his debut for the reserve side of 'Los Nervionenses' in 2011. He played 49 official games for 'Sevilla Atlético' and then joined the first team. In 2014 he helped his team to win the Europa League title. His official breakthrough was in the same season, 2013-14, in which he made 44 appearances for the club from Andalusia. His fast and technical playing style made him a remarkable player in La Liga, which led finally to his first selection of the Spanish national team. He was even selected for the provisional selection of Spain for the 2014 FIFA World Cup, but didn't made it to the final team. At the end of the very same season he signed at Liverpool, who bought him for a fee of 12 Million Pound. He made his debut for Liverpool on August 26th, 2014 against Manchester City. He scored his first goal in the Premier League against Tottenham Hotspur (3-0 win) after sprinting 40 yards. In the following years he became an important player for The Reds. In the summer of 2017 he was close to a move to the Serie A, as AC Milan and Inter Milan were fighting for his signature. In the summer of 2019 he signed with Villarreal, to play in the Spanish Primera Division.
