This baby faced centre-back is an aspiring lion. He wears his heart on his sleeve and that's not a bad thing for a defender at all. He's brave on the pitch and can tackle like a seasoned veteran. Born in the comune of Casalmaggiore in Lombardy, Italy, he is a naturally gifted defender. He started playing football with Cannatese, a local club where his father coached. At the tender age of seven, he would move to Atalanta's academy. He spent his formative years with the Bergamo based club, where he learned every possible trick in the trade. You have to give credit to the coaches in Lombardy, because they've taught him well. He's only 20 but has spent almost 15 years of his life playing football. Inter Milan's scouts saw his potential, and the bosses were equally impressed when they were presented with this fine talent. They signed him up in 2017 and now sees a lot of game time, more than what he could have asked for. He has also featured regularly for Italy's youth sides. He has represented his country in every youth team from Under-15 onwards. He's still not a player for the senior side, and it's only a matter of time before that changes. This ambitious defender is still a cub and has to perform on the pitch to become the lion that he wants to.
