The 22-year old Leicester City midfield lynchpin might not be the quickest fox (see what we did there?) on the pitch but behind the wheels of his BMW he's more like Roald Dahl's "The Fantastic Mr. Fox!"

Born in Paris, France, at the turn of the millennia, Baka began his footballing education with Paris FC in 2006 before finishing up in the academy of Paris Saint-Germain over a decade later. With the pathway to the first-team blocked by high-profile signings the Frenchman decided to try his luck elsewhere. He signed a three-year deal with fellow Ligue 1 club LOSC Lille in 2017. He made his debut for Les Dogues in a 3-0 win over Metz during November of the same year. The midfielder was used sporadically in the beginning but established himself as a first-team regular during his final year at Lille. The heartbeat of Les Dogues’ midfield, Baka and his teammates achieved the impossible, ousting European giants PSG to be crowned the Ligue 1 champions. The Frenchman decided to leave on a high, signing for Premier League club Leicester City in the summer of 2021. He made his debut in the 2021/22 FA Community Shield as The Foxes triumphed 1-0 over powerhouse Manchester City.
