This athlete was born on November 8, 1989, in Panorama City, California. He presently plays in Major League Baseball for the New York Yankees as a Designated Hitter/Outfielder. Parmigiancarlo is primarily of African American, Puerto Rican, and Irish descent. He spent two years at Tujunga's Verdugo Hills High School. He then transferred to Sherman Oaks's Notre Dame High School, where he was a three-sport athlete. Stanton was a wide receiver and cornerback for the football team in addition to playing baseball and basketball. The youngster was taken 76th overall in the second round of the 2007 MLB draft by the Florida Marlins. He chose to sign with the Marlins over attending college and received a $475,000 signing bonus. G began his professional career as a member of the Rookie-level Gulf Coast League Marlins. He later played for the Jamestown Jammers of the New York–Penn League's Class A-Short Season, the Greensboro Grasshoppers of the Class A South Atlantic League, the Jupiter Hammerheads of the Florida State League's Class A-Advanced, and the Jacksonville Suns of the Class AA Southern League. G was called up to the Major League Baseball by the Florida Marlins on June 6, 2010, and made his MLB debut on June 8. The Marlins traded this four-time All-Star to the New York Yankees on December 11, 2017. He has been with them since.
