Like most professional footballers, the Norwich City man has the privilege of sitting behind the wheels of a good looking automobile.

Born in Rutherglen, Scotland, he had a little bit of a nomadic youth career, learning his trait at the academies of Aberdeen, Rangers and St Mirren. The midfielder finished his development phase with the later and signed his first professional contract when he turned eighteen. He started his senior career on loan to Scottish second-division club Arbroath in 2009. Towards the end of 2010, the midfielder made his debut for St. Mirren as a second half substitute, and helped the club overturn a two goal deficit and salvage a draw against Hamilton. Over the course of his St. Mirren career the Scotsman racked up over 150 appearances, boasting a decent return of 32 goals and assists. On 2 February 2015, he signed a three-and-a-half year contract with Aberdeen; shortly thereafter, the midfielder made his debut for The Dons in a 4-0 win over Ross County. During his stint at the Pittodrie, the Scotsman scored 25 goals and assisted 18 other over the course of 158 appearances, helping the club finish runner-up in each season. He moved to England to play for EFL Championship club Norwich City ahead of the 2018/19 season. The midfielder made 20 appearances during the campaign as Norwich finished top of the table to win promotion to the Premier League.
