Born in Vufflens-le-Château, Vaud, Switzerland, on March 22nd, 1999, Mick is the son of Formula One great Michael Schumacher. Watching his father drive the legendary red of Ferrari to seven world titles growing up Mick was always destined for Grand Prixs himself. He competed in Karting at young age before making the move to Formula 4 in 2015. Two years later he'd be crowned the FIA Formula 3 European champion, and in 2020 he won the Formula 2 Championship for Prema Racing. In 2021 he was selected to drive for Haas alongside Nikita Mazepin. Schumi Jr. made his debut in the Bahrain Grand Prix. He finished 19th in the driver's championship in his first season.
