A monster ride for the wingman from France.

Born in Lyon, France, he moved to England when he was 7 months old and grew up in the London borough of Brent. He began his career with Rushden & Diamonds aged 16 before moving to Europe to play for Floriana in the Maltese Premier League. Upon his return to England in 2008 he joined EFL Championship side Plymouth Argyle. He was loaned out to EFL Two outfit Barnet to gain first-team experience in the 2009/10 season but returned halfway to help his parent side fight relegation, his 16 appearances in the EFL Championship would not be enough to help Plymouth avoid relegation. The 2010/11 season would see him star in EFL One for The Pilgrims with 35 appearances and 7 goals, his performances would earn him a move to EFL Championship side Bristol City. His desire to move back to London saw him sign for Crystal Place ahead of the 2012/13 season, this would turn out to be his breakthrough season, 43 EFL Championship appearances, 3 goals and 7 assists would see The Eagles win promotion to the Premier League and earn the winger a place in PFA's Championship Team of the Year. He would continue to impress for Crystal Palace in the Premier League, in 3 seasons the winger featured in 89 games, scoring 9 goals and registering 19 assist, which included a hat-trick against Sunderland, making him the first Crystal Palace to score a hat-trick in the Premier League. His consistency and flair made him the subject of a £25 million bid from Everton which was accepted in August 2016. The move didn't quite work out the way the mercurial winger might have hoped, his two seasons at Merseyside was underwhelming, nagging injuries and poor form saw him reduced to a fringe player. In a bid to revive his career he signed for EFL Championship side Aston Villa on a season long loan ahead of the 2018/19 season.
