Biography of a star forward

Dani Rhodes was born on April 8, 1998, in the USA to Dan and Deann Rhodes. She grew up in Waukesha, Wisconsin, with her brothers Drew and Dylan, and attended the Waukesha West High School. She was a two-time winner of the Wisconsin State Girls Soccer Players of the Year award whilst there. Dani continued her academic education at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Dani Rhodes’ college career

Making her mark the moment she first entered the pitch as a freshman, Dani Rhodes made sure that she had a significant impact on her team from day one. She played in 22 games in her debut season for the Badgers and improved significantly every passing day. In her second season, she was a much-improved player and led her team in goals and assists. Dani established herself as a leader on and off the pitch and took charge when it mattered the most.

By now, you know that Dani attended the University of Wisconsin but did you know T.J. went to the same university, as well? The NFL star spent two seasons there, and that was when he first laid eyes on Dani. The young man was awestruck and was brave enough to ask her out. Dani liked his courage and said yes. The two began dating but kept their relationship a well-guarded secret for a while. Things, however, changed when T.J. started performing in the NFL. People took notice and began prodding and probing his personal life. The cat was out of the bag by then.

Are Dani and T. J. Watt married? What about kids?

Dani, who has been a professional soccer player for a little over a year now, got a surprise when T.J. Watt got down on one knee to ask her the question. This was in early July 2021. The young lady obviously said yes and was presented with a $100,000 engagement ring. This couple is expected to have a grand wedding soon, but for now, they’re enjoying their current phase. Dani and T.J. Watt haven’t thought about having kids for now. They’re still trying to establish themselves as professional athletes and will take some time to welcome a baby.

Dani Rhodes and her professional career

Dani is too good a player to let her talent go to waste. The woman signed with the Chicago Red Stars and debuted for them in the NWSL on September 12, 2020. Dani appeared in three games for them before the league decided to cancel games due to the pandemic. Dani signed with an Icelandic club called Knattspyrnufélagið Þróttur, more commonly Throttur, in July 2021. She has already debuted for the team and even scored a goal after coming on as a substitute. Ms Rhodes is destined for great things in her professional life, and we wish her all the best.
